This is from last months Drink & Draw thingy at The Fox & Goose (home of the $15 pitchers of beer…bleh). So since I didn’t take any pictures of the one from last Thursday we’ll go right ahead and put on our fantasy goggles and pretend that this was the latest drink & draw and we’ll also pretend that I was so drunk all the pictures came out blurry…not that I have Parkinson’s and shake worse than Muhammad Ali trying to do a magic trick. Enjoy these awful, blurry, haphazardly taken pictures.

The dudes over at LCR have been doing a weekly challenge thing and last night I was drunk enough that my penis wouldn’t get hard wnough to masturbate so I decided (or go decided) that I should draw instead. The pencil was mightier than my penis, so I decided to take a crack at some of the characters that people had draw and try to put my own spin on it. This is what not to do in not only life kids, but in art as well.

Ahhh, we’re rocking another Drink & Draw tonight at the Fox & Goose. Hopefully I’ll be there somewhat on time, but when I get there we’ll be rocking some Versus shizzz….exciting I knows this!

Ever since I was little Alice in Wonderland has been my favorite disney movie. The shit was just so whacked out and nonsensical that it made perfect sense to me as a kid. So this page is my homage to Alice in Wonderland where she’s falling down the rabbits hole.

And this is how you almost get kicked out of the Drink & Draw venue, by posting pictures of an erupting cock and saggy titties under the frames of the bars pictures.

Then this guy comes across the street to the bar you’re enjoying and gave us a stern warning in the least intimidating way ever, about said artwork shoved into frames around the bar.

EGAD! 31 pages?!!?! This is by fat the longest book I’ve ever drawn. It’s a whole nother ball game than drawing a few pages, a 3 panel strip or even a single page comic. I know they’re all in the same ballpark, but it just takes so much more to draw 31 pages and put em up every day. It’s looking like the book may be well over 50 by the time all is said and done. Even looking over the old pages I’m starting to see all the warts, poc marks and scabs that make me cringe. It takes more self control not to go back and fix everything I hate than it does to draw the whole fuckin book. But I guess you just gotta let it ride at some point and not keep tinkering things to the point of insanity.

I was in Sacramentos 2nd Saturday art show with a few of the people from the Drink & Draw (which is tonight at 8pm at the Fox & Goose downtown BTW). Here’s a bunch of photos form the little show. It was interesting to say the least.

These are both older, but they seemed to go over ok at the show. People stood and looked at the three drawings like this for at least 20 mins. It was pretty cool that people were taking the time to look at stuff.

My friend Corey rocked this piece for t he show. It’s pretty massive and turned out dope.
